SHIPPING
Free worldwide shipping
Every order ships free, with tracking. Duties and taxes are included, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
Delivery times
· Portugal and Spain: 5 to 10 working days
· Rest of Europe: 7 to 15 working days
· Rest of the world: we'll confirm the estimate for your country before you order
Times are estimates and can vary in busy periods, with customs or because of the carrier.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
What's in the box
Every piece arrives in the Zivaria gift box with its GRA certificate (Gemological Research Association), the independent lab report that confirms your moissanite's authenticity, colour and clarity.
RETURNS
30 days to change your mind
You can return your piece within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
· The piece must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all its parts and the original Zivaria box
· The original GRA certificate must be included
· Personalised pieces (such as Initial necklaces) and custom orders can't be returned
How to start a return
1. Email hello@zivariajewelry.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return
2. We'll send you the return address and instructions
3. Send the piece with a tracked service and keep the tracking number
4. Return shipping is at the customer's cost
5. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we'll refund you within 7 to 14 working days
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Faulty or wrong piece?
Contact us right away with photos. Zivaria covers all shipping costs and we'll fix it at no cost to you.
