What is moissanite?
A gemstone created in a lab from silicon carbide, first discovered inside a meteorite in 1893. It has more fire than a diamond, a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale, and needs no mining. Learn more on our About Moissanite page.
Can you tell moissanite from a diamond?
Not with the naked eye. It takes specialist instruments. The real difference is the price, and knowing you chose well.
Does moissanite lose its sparkle?
No. Moissanite is extremely durable and keeps its brilliance for good. With basic care, your piece will shine like the first day.
What do D colour and VVS1 clarity mean?
D is the highest colour grade: the stone is completely colourless. VVS1 means Very Very Slightly Included: inclusions are practically invisible, even under a loupe. Every Zivaria moissanite carries these grades.
What is the GRA certificate?
GRA stands for Gemological Research Association, an independent gemological laboratory. Its certificate confirms the authenticity, colour and clarity of each moissanite. Every Zivaria moissanite piece comes with one.
Is moissanite better for the planet?
Yes. Every Zivaria stone is created in a lab, so nothing is mined from the earth. That is the reason we work only with moissanite.

Yes. We create one-of-a-kind pieces designed from scratch for you. Tell us your idea and our design team takes care of the rest, from first sketches to a 3D model, until it is exactly what you imagined. How do I place an order?
Right here in our online store. Choose your piece and options (size, Carat, metal) and check out. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of purchase, by emailing hello@zivariajewelry.com. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer change it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, by email after your order is confirmed.

Where do you ship?
Worldwide, and shipping is always free.
How long does delivery take?
Portugal and Spain: 5 to 10 working days. Rest of Europe: 7 to 15 working days. Rest of the world: we'll confirm the estimate for your country.
How can I track my order?
Once it ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Does shipping cost anything?
No. Shipping is free worldwide, and duties and taxes are included.

How do I find my ring size?
Our ring sizes are shown in US sizes on each product. Use our ring size guide, or email hello@zivariajewelry.com and we'll help you find yours.
What if the size isn't right?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll find the best solution.
RETURNS
Can I return my piece?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with its box and GRA certificate. See Shipping & Returns.

How do I use the warranty?
Email hello@zivariajewelry.com with photos of the piece and your order number. We reply within 48 hours with the next steps.
Can I clean my jewellery at home?
Yes. Use a soft, dry cloth, or lukewarm water with a mild soap. Avoid chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners and steam, and store each piece on its own.
